What is Gratitude and What Does It do?
Gratitude means the quality of thankfulness and to express appreciation. You are probably wondering how this affects your life. Well if you practice or have gratitude it will give or helps you have more positive emotions and thoughts, it can help build strong relationships, reduce stress and even research shows that it improves your health!
Practicing Gratitude can be easy as counting 10 things that you are thankful for or what makes you happy on your fingers, and what your thankful for or what makes you happy can be simple as grass or when the sun is rising! Gratitude is the quality of being thankful and showing appreciation so anything that shows appreciation or the quality of being thankful can help practice Gratitude.
